Energy Eye designs and manufactures energy efficiency technology for increased control of building heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems. The disruptive technology uses low cost sensors to determine occupancy in a HVAC zone and can greatly increase the efficiency of the HVAC by raising or lowering the temperature as needed without compromising the comfort of the occupants.

It's been deployed by hotels but also has applications in residential and other commercial building types. Energy Eye technologies are creating efficiencies in over 12,500 hotel rooms including most well known hotel chains and distributed in 18 countries. The technology is proven to reduce HVAC consumption between 20% and 70%.
